The RR (Raised Reversed) stem is designed for Enduro riders who want to have the utmost control when going extremely fast. When riding with the RR stem you will feel how it improves your riding position, the maneuverability of your bike, and the cornering dynamics of your bike with its advanced steering geometry. The raised position puts your arms at a better angle to the bars. This gives you the confidence to charge hard knowing that you won't feel like you will go over the bars. It also lets you ride with your arms properly bent so you have more room to move around before your arms are locked straight with no control. The distance between your feet and your hands is increased and raised up for more leverage to maneuver the bike. The reversed offset calms the floppy feeling you get with slacker bikes while also mirroring the hand to front axle position of a bike with a head tube angle about 6 degrees slacker for a lower endo angle. When leaning the bike over through corners the reversed offset keeps you towards the outside of the bike to properly load your side knobs, while also allowing you to lean the bike over more for a kinematically tighter turn. At the extremes of steering angles, the reversed offset, along with the more rearward position, help to resist the front wheel tucking in and jackknifing you over the front. The more rearward position and reversed offset also help the bike to oversteer in loose conditions with a predictable drift.
