Yes. The RR stems Raised height gives a longer and better angled lever between your hands and feet for imparting larger forces into the bike. This makes the bike much easier to maneuver in the air and allows you to drive through the lip of a jump much harder to create more pop. The more upright and closer hand position allows you to comfortably ride with minimal to no weight on your hands while still having enough bend at your elbows to have plenty of range of motion. When landing large jumps to flat, you can fully extend your body upright to have your entire range of motion ready to absorb the landing through your legs, which are much stronger than your arms.
